When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Claim Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Claim Information that we collect generally to verify and fulfill any claims placed through the Site (including verifying eligibility and processing your request to claim any available claim allocations, posted special offers, etc.). Additionally, we use this Claim Information to:

  • Communicate with you;
  • Screen claims for potential risk or fraud and fulfill eligible claims; and
  • When in line with any preferences you shared with us, to provide you with information relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to communicate with you, and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not retain your Claim Information any longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you provided it and it was collected.

We share your Device Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not sell products or services, nor facilitate claims, to children. If you are under 18, you may only proceed through the Site with involvement and permission of a parent or guardian, who will need to be the one making the claim.
